Let’s keep our kids in shape, and feed them well.
My boys love to eat, and mostly love to eat good, healthy food. But, left to their own devices chocolate and cheetos would be included at each meal. We get them to eat broccoli most evenings. We provide them a small bowl parmesan chefs for dipping. And that really works. Our next task is to cut back on eating mac n cheese seven days a week!
