My family loves this seafood stew. Especially this time of year...Dungeness Crab season just opened here in Californa! No need to cook it with the rest of the seafood as the carb meat is so delicate and really deserves its place as the finishing touch on top of the dish.
This savory cauliflower puree makes a perfect fatfree alternative to mashed potatoes. It gets its fabulous flavor from garlic, and a touch of nonfat half and half. Best of all, it has about one-quarter of the calories of typical mashed potatoes.

Really simple recipe. Love the tangy key limes and the silky texture of this delicious pie. I use my favorite yogurt, Fage, fatfree half and half and a sprinkle of powdered sugar to make my version of creme fraise. Hard to beat the flavors! "Remove the fat, not the taste."
Creamy, tangy with a fresh nutty flavor. I live near Castroville (Artichoke capital of the world!) and buy artichokes often during the season. I've made many dishes with artichokes but this soup is one of my favorites. It's great hot or cold.
